Licensed & UL Fire Certified Free on-site estimates

A burglar alarm earns its keep in the first thirty seconds after the door opens. We design layered systems that catch entry, movement, and forced glass at once, then route the signal through our 24/7 monitoring center for verified dispatch.

Many insurance carriers offer a homeowners or commercial-property discount for monitored alarm systems. Ask your agent — we can provide a certificate of monitoring for your policy.

Beneficial for Businesses

A commercial burglar alarm protects you and your business from intruders, gives you round-the-clock monitoring, and can help lower your insurance rate. It prevents unauthorized entry and keeps integration, monitoring, and administration working together as a single system.

Residential Protection

A residential burglar alarm protects you and the people you love. It gives you remote access to your home, can lower your homeowners insurance, and alerts you to fire and gas problems. It even helps with electrical management — and above all, it gives you peace of mind.

What's in the system

Capabilities

Door and window contacts

Hardwired or wireless contacts on every protected opening. Discrete sensors that don't advertise themselves but catch every entry.

Motion detection

PIR (passive infrared) motion sensors with pet-immunity options. Microwave and dual-tech sensors for high-traffic environments where PIR alone gives false alarms.

Glass-break detection

Acoustic sensors that recognize the specific frequency of breaking glass. Coverage across a whole room without sensors on every window.

Panic + duress buttons

Silent panic buttons under counters, in safe rooms, or worn as wearables. Duress codes that disarm the system while silently signaling distress to the monitoring center.

24/7 monitored response

Every triggered alarm hits our monitoring center within seconds. Multi-call verification protocols before dispatching police so the response that does come is treated as a confirmed incident.

Cellular backup

Cellular communication path independent of your internet and phone line. The alarm reports out even if a burglar cuts the cable or kills the power.

FAQ

Common questions

How fast does the monitoring center respond?

Operators receive the signal within seconds of the trigger. Standard protocol is to attempt to verify with the customer, then dispatch police. Verified video monitoring (when paired with cameras) can dispatch directly when the operator sees an actual intruder on screen.

Can I arm and disarm from my phone?

Yes. Our systems use the Alarm.com app on iOS and Android for arm/disarm, sensor status, history, and notifications. You can also create temporary codes for cleaners, contractors, or housesitters.

Will my homeowners insurance go down?

Many carriers offer a discount for monitored burglar alarms. We don't set those rates, and the amount varies by carrier and policy, so check with your insurance agent. We're happy to provide a certificate of monitoring for your records.

Can you take over my existing alarm system?

In most cases, yes. We can take over existing alarm panels from common manufacturers and connect them to our monitoring center. We'll inspect first and tell you whether the existing gear is worth keeping or due for replacement.
