Common questions

Do you do residential AV too?

Our focus is commercial AV, but we do whole-home SONOS installs for residential clients on request. For home theater and entertainment-room work we'll usually refer you to a specialist.

Can you take over an existing AV system?

Yes, in most cases. We can troubleshoot, upgrade, or expand existing AV installs. We'll inspect first and tell you whether the existing gear is worth keeping.

What brand of AV equipment do you install?

SONOS is our preferred for distributed audio. For conference room AV we install equipment from established commercial AV brands matched to the room and budget. We pick gear for reliability, not features-on-paper.

How long does a conference room install take?

Most conference room installs are completed in a day, with cable rough-in scheduled around your business hours. Larger or multi-room installs may run multiple visits. We schedule around your business so meetings can keep happening.
